Monica Sex - Melody (Mangina)
The music video for Monika Sex's "Mangina", which I was asked to write and direct by Hamon Volume Music, is an homage to Michael Jackson's "Thriller".
it is a campy love story, entailing the confession of a werewolf to his beloved about his true identity, thinking she accepts him. Later, the viewer is made known that the werewolf's lover was, in fact, sent by an evil hunter, and the story ends with a surprising twist.
The script corresponds to the lyrics of the song, giving it an additional dimension, which is emphasized with the band members taking an active part in the video.
